- My Blurb
TEST TEST TEST
- To all members of Freedom Knits web site. I’ll be shutting this site down due to some unforeseen circumstances. I started this site when ravelry started banning conservatives from posting projects. I personally had projects removed from my page. However, when ravelry started, us, the community of knitters, entered all the information they would need about what yarn we used, pattern, needles, etc. In other words, we did the work for them. I am not a computer, whiz nor do I write code. I hired someone to make my site. However, while they were very good web designers, they didn’t understand knitting or how we can look at 1000 “shawls” just to find the perfect one we want to make! I did my best, and they did their best at attempting to build a great knitting site. It became clear to me that it would take much more money and time than what I am willing to put into it. (Or at least a knitting code writer !)Please copy any information you have on your pages that you don’t want to lose before I shut it down. Probably 2 weeks.
Thank you for joining my site and sharing your projects with me. I’ve enjoyed looking at them all.
